Created for a client who requested a gold-themed cocktail with surprising ingredients, this drink blends bold, savory elements with visual opulence. Fat-washed truffle whisky adds earthy richness and depth, while yuzu honey brings a soft citrus note that brightens the profile. Sparkling soda gives it lift, and a shimmering gold cheese garnish ties everything together—unusual, elegant, and unforgettable.
Shiseido Special
Red Wine, Aperol, Otaku Syrup, Soda Water
Crafted for Shiseido’s daytime brand event, this cocktail was designed to feel both elegant and refreshing. The base of red wine and Aperol creates a bittersweet, fruit-forward profile, while the Otaku Syrup—a house-made blend of strawberry, rose, pomegranate, and ginger—adds layers of floral, tart, and warm spice notes. A delicate meringue garnish, shaped like a cream drop, offers a visual nod to Shiseido’s skincare heritage.
Tranquilitea
Genmaicha Gin, Grapefruit, Vanilla, Tonic
This cocktail was created in response to a request for a Japanese tea-based drink with unexpected flavor. We chose genmaicha for its nutty, roasted rice notes, pairing it with grapefruit for brightness and vanilla for warmth. Gin adds herbaceous complexity, while tonic provides crispness. The result is a balanced and meditative drink that evolves with every sip—bright, floral, and grounded.
Mango Summer Bliss
Mango Rum, Gingerbread, Lime, Egg Whites
Inspired by a couple who got married at a mango farm, this drink captures warmth, love, and nostalgia. We used mango-infused rum for a juicy tropical base, layered with gingerbread syrup for spice and richness—mimicking the comforting depth of an amaretto sour. Lime brightens the blend, and egg whites give it a soft, velvety finish. Sunny, sweet, and sentimental.
Midnights
Blue Pea Gin, Blackberry, Lychee, Tonic
This cocktail was made for a Taylor Swift-themed debut and named after the album “Midnights.” We used blue pea gin and blackberry to create a natural indigo hue and layered in lychee for a delicate sweetness that softens the darker berry notes. Tonic adds sparkle, and a pink Pepero garnish adds both visual pop and a hint of strawberry. Balanced and fun, it was designed for a younger crowd with a love for color and creativity.
Tiramisu
Vodka, Cold Brew, Zabaglione Cream
For a client who wanted a coffee-based cocktail without going the obvious espresso martini route, we created a drink that tastes just like its namesake dessert. Vodka and strong cold brew form the bold foundation, while a soft zabaglione cream float adds richness and texture. It’s aromatic, balanced, and only lightly sweet—perfect for coffee lovers who want something smooth and sophisticated.

Dark Rum, Peach, Lime, Crémant
Designed for a celebration that called for sparkle, this drink was a twist on the classic Airmail. Dark rum brings depth, lime adds zest, and ripe peach infuses fruity warmth. It’s topped with crisp crémant for a refined finish—effervescent, balanced, and celebratory.
Lavender Haze
Gin, Lavender, Blackberry, Tonic
Requested by a couple who wanted a Taylor Swift-inspired drink for their wedding, this cocktail takes inspiration from “Lavender Haze.” We created a homemade lavender syrup to control the floral intensity, paired it with blackberry for depth, and used tonic to keep it crisp. The result is soft, botanical, and just the right shade of purple—an elegant nod to a pop anthem.
The OG (Ortigas Group)
Gin, Basil, Cucumber, Lime
Commissioned for Ortigas Group’s property awards night, this cocktail had to be green, refreshing, and far from ordinary. We used a slushie format and built the drink with cucumber for coolness, basil for an herbal lift, and lime for a citrus snap. Gin brings structure and aromatics. It’s a clean, vibrant drink perfect for daytime events and warm weather.

Gin, Earl Grey, Tonic, Lychee Air
This cocktail was created as a nod to Quinary, the couple’s favorite bar, and their request to reimagine a signature drink for their wedding. We infused gin with Earl Grey tea for a refined base and topped it with lychee air to echo the fruity floral elements of the original. It’s elegant, restrained, and steeped in personal meaning.

Whisky, Melon, Pandan, Lime, Egg Whites
Made for a child’s first birthday with a guest list full of foodies, this cocktail was designed to pair with Filipino dishes. Melon syrup brings sweetness and nostalgia, reminiscent of street-side melon juice. Pandan adds a rich, aromatic flavor, while lime and egg whites round out the texture and brightness. It’s a grown-up drink with playful roots.

Tequila, Guava, Parmesan-Salt
Inspired by the client’s love for cheese and margaritas, this bold creation pairs tropical guava and passionfruit with a parmesan-salt rim. The cheese adds umami and depth, bringing out unexpected notes in the fruit. It’s tangy, funky, and completely personalized—just the way we like it.
